Help run the city.
Staff keep the city fair: player reports, rule calls, and the odd situation nobody planned for. It is a volunteer role with real responsibility. We look for patience, good judgement, and time actually spent in the city.
Applications go straight to the staff team and every one gets read. You will hear back on Discord either way.
01 / The job
What the job is
Staff act on reports rather than patrolling for trouble, but they will step in unprompted when something serious happens or behaviour is damaging the server.
Reports arrive through /report in the city, and every report needs a two-minute clip of the incident. Staff decide on evidence, reports and a second opinion where a call is close, and their decision is final.
Ban appeals are handled in the appeals channel in the Discord, so part of the job happens between sessions rather than in the city.
02 / What we look for
Hours in the city
Time on DRILL UK counts for more than time somewhere else, because the calls are easier when you already know the streets, the crews and what a normal night here looks like.
Staff play in the same city you do, under the same rules. Prior experience elsewhere is useful and none is a valid answer; the form asks either way.

03 / How it works
From form to answer
Step 01: Send the form
Six questions, all required, and a human check before it sends. Answer the scenario question in your own words; it is the answer that matters most.
Step 02: Staff read it
Submissions land in a private, staff-only Discord channel where the team reads and discusses them. Alongside your answers the form records the country the submission came from and the time it arrived; your IP address is never sent to the staff channel.
Step 03: You hear back
Every application gets read and you hear back on Discord either way. Applications stay in that channel as part of the team's records; ask in the Discord after a decision and yours will be deleted.

Apply to the staff team
Answer honestly and take your time over the scenario. Nothing here is a trick question.
